If a customer uses the the blue boxes ( B620K ), which are installed at rough, the B620K needs to be removed from the ceiling after sheetrock in order for the LEDs to be installed.   If the blue boxes are used, then the sheetrock is finished up to the blue box, removing the blue box then damages the floated surface.   Therefore, the electrician needs to visit the site after sheetrock and before tape/float in order to remove the blue boxes and prep for trim.   Coordinating that has been difficult.   The wire markings are often damaged by removing the blue box.

The orange boxes are installed at rough and are permanent.   The wires are clearly marked by the box and the Orange box has the slots to accept the LED after final painting is complete.

One method - is to nail the orange box
in 2021 - we are using the Carlon B620K hanger bar - you can purchase at Home Depot we pay $1 each plus shipping to send the blue boxes to us for re-use - no landfill In late 2021 we will offer the hanger bar
b) This is the hanger bar
d) prepare the hanger bar for the joist type        -  method A - for vertical 2x4 or larger beams           the tabs are as delivered by Carlon        -  method B - for flat truss systems       the tabs are flipped 180 before being       attached to the CBOX4	Method A                          Method B
c) Attach the Hanger Bar to the CBOX4
d) Attach to the house truss system Insure that the CBOX is no more than 1/2 inch below the Truss Beam to allow for 5/8 sheetrock
e) wire the CBOX4  as shown
