Carro 24v fans are in stock in the USA today.
The web site says "120vac"
but buried in their manual - is the picture of the 24v
the brick is installed above the fan - see figure 5.2

Please see figure 5.2 of their installation manual - this shows the 120vac to 24vdc transformer above the fan.
You can purchase a HDR-100-24 and power 2 fans from one central supply instead of running Romex.
note: two fans can share one home run - 50 watts per fan + Light max
