WS-Sensor

The WS-Sensor works with the Indio Networks backend to provide monitoring of a remote location
The key elements are
- WiFi Interface to the cloud
- Self configuration
- simple wall plate - exchange an existing wall plate for the WS-Sensor - no electrical connection required
- Monitors Light, humidity temperature and noise ( cannot record sound)
- uploads the data every 5 minutes or on a programmable interval
factory test procedure
A) a wifi transmitter is installed in the factory with our SSID
B) a laptop computer is set up with a programmer - the programmer has a 10 pin zhr connector.
C) a laptop connects to a label printer - Brother model QL-800 with USB to the Laptop ( enter the command "label" )
D) the test person applies power to the device
E) the operator follows 1 step to program the device and the device connects to the wifi ( enter "prog" on the laptop )
F) the device connects to the servers in India - India checks the data and if all is ok, sends 4 labels to the printer
F) this test will take about 35 seconds
The operator attaches the label to the device, also to a white box, puts the device in the box with the label
The 3rd label goes on a packing list - A4 sheet of paper to track the list of devices
G) if the device is defective - it will print " BAD " on the device with the different type of errors - the types are
- H Humidity
if H, the sensor chip is bad
- T Temperature
if T, the Temperature chip is bad, same chip as Humidity
- L Light
the board is up side down - turn to the ilght, or the sensor is reversed
- A Audio
the microphone is shorted or the amplifier has a fault
- R Room switch
set both ON
- W WiFi signal strength
the ESP chip is bad
- W ESP version
the ESP has the wrong version
